About the Role

This position provides high-quality, appealing, and nutritious foods to customers through high-quantity hot food preparation or complex preparation methods such as scratch cooking and baking. The role involves carefully following dietary recipes, guidelines, and departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quantity hot foods.
• Perform complex food preparation, including scratch cooking and baking.
• Follow dietary recipes, guidelines, and departmental policies.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience working in quantity food service.

Qualifications

• North Dakota locations: ServSafe Food Manager certification required within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Minnesota locations: ServSafe Food Manager certification OR Food Protection Manager certification (as recognized by the ANAB-CFP Accreditation Program) required within 90 days of hire/transfer.

Pay

$18.16 - $27.24 per hour.
