Position Details: Location: South Florida Baptist Hospital – Plant City, FL; Status: Full-time; Shift: Varies / Weekends included with 2 on 1 off

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of foods according to standardized recipes and production methods including food preparation for special populations, ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage, assists with orienting and training of new team members.
• Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience: 2 years as a Cook / 1 year with high school Diploma or Culinary Diploma

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2 years in Healthcare
