Cook II
Job Summary
Prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of food items in appropriate quantities while following menus, recipes and production sheets while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. Communicates with other production staff regarding menus, recipes and portion sizes. Provides training and guidance to other employees performing related work. Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines/policies & procedures Utilizes proper equipment to produce standard recipes. Utilizes systems to quality process/standards in food production Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate\Equivalent preferred
- 2 + years of experience in healthcare preferred
- 2 + years of experience in quantity cooking preferred
