About the role

Opportunity Production role focused on preparing food to culinary standards, maintaining safety and sanitation, and upholding luxury standards while working as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standards.
• Produce all quantities as directed by leadership.
• Maintain composure and focus during occasional high‑stress peak times.
• Assist in ensuring food does not enter the temperature danger zone; take immediate action if jeopardized.
• Adhere to company grooming, break, and eating policies.
• Practice safe food handling techniques at all times.
• Maintain knife safety standards per training document.
• Utilize safety stations and stay aware of current or potential hazards.
• Work with equipment: assemble, disassemble, and clean; know approved chemicals and proper storage/usage.
• Uphold luxury standards: clean coat, apron, hat, proper pants, non‑slip shoes; demonstrate service‑culture mindset and team player mentality.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; professional schooling not required—only a willingness to learn.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions efficiently with supervision.
• Preferred (but not required): high school diploma and/or English reading, speaking, and writing fluency.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, push, pull, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in varied temperature environments (hot and cold).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $16.60 – $24.90; the specific rate offered depends on factors such as education and work location.
