Responsibilities

• Communicate in a positive manner
• Bring a professional and well-groomed appearance to the job
• Execute a recovery strategy and know when to involve a manager
• Know how to set up and maintain the grill
• Greet guests with enthusiasm
• Learn safe and correct sword handling
• Cook food correctly and at proper temperatures
• Follow SOP for hot bowls, eggs/cheese, changing swords and veggie and allergy bowls
• Learn stir-fry blading and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation behind the grill
• Interact with our guests; initiate conversations in a friendly manner
• Serve clean, great-looking bowls with correct plate presentation
• Be a bd's Team Mate
