We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of team culture and role description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Our team members are the heart..." etc. That's about culture, could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But we can put under "About the role" maybe. - Role description: "The Cook prepares, cooks and serves food..." and list of duties: many bullet-like sentences. Those are responsibilities. - Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: list: High School diploma, GED, etc; 1-3 years hotel/restaurant cooking experience; observed good cooking techniques; team player; excellent verbal/written English communication skills. - Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: AAS Culinary Degree; Health facilities cooking experience or health care nutrition knowledge. - Licenses and Certifications Required: Food Safety and Sanitation Certification within 1 year of entering position. - Contacts: All HUMC personnel. (Probably minor metadata, can be dropped or put in short p.) - Working Conditions: Lifts min 30 lbs, pushes/pulls min 75 lbs, stands min 8 hours a day. - Then "If you feel the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" -> application instruction, should be removed. - Then pay info: Minimum rate of $27.13 Hourly ... lots of text about pay transparency, etc. This is pay details. We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state minimum rate $27.13 hourly. So we can include Pay section with that info. Also mention that it's minimum base pay, etc. We should preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the pay details as given. - Then after that: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." That's benefits. - No schedule info given explicitly (maybe implied by standing 8 hours a day but not schedule). So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It does not state schedule like shift times, etc. So omit Schedule. - Also we have "Contacts All HUMC personnel." Could be minor metadata; we could drop or put in short p. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for Contacts. - Also "Working Conditions" is not a prescribed heading but we could treat as part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? The allowed headings are limited to those list. We could incorporate working conditions into Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably better to include under Responsibilities as part of duties? But it's about physical demands. Could be part of Requirements? Might be better to include under Responsibilities as a bullet? However the instruction: Use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for responsibilities, another for requirements (education, skills), another for preferred qualifications maybe under Requirements? But we have separate headings: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. The posting includes Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (that's both requirements and skills). Preferred: AAS Culinary Degree etc (qualifications). Licenses and Certifications Required (maybe under Requirements or Qualifications). We need to map. We need to avoid creating sections with filler text. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's plan:

    About the role

Our team members are the heart of what makes us better. At Hackensack Meridian Health we help our patients live better, healthier lives — and we help one another to succeed. With a culture rooted in connection and collaboration, our employees are team members. Here, competitive benefits are just the beginning. It’s also about how we support one another and how we show up for our community. Together, we keep getting better - advancing our mission to transform healthcare and serve as a leader of positive change.

    That's the intro.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares and cooks all menu items to order, as assigned, in accordance with HACCP guidelines to meet sanitary regulations, as well as following established recipes, and cooking techniques to achieve the quality standards of the department.
    • Determines food requirements, stocks food, utensils and equipment accordingly, and sets up mizzen place.
    • Checks food temperatures using a thermometer to ensure safe cooking, holding, and serving temperatures.
    • Ensures that all food served meets standards of presentation, taste, quality, temperature, portion control, and safety and sanitation.
    • Maintains timeliness of menu preparation and presentation in accordance with service needs.
    • Cleans work/service area at end of production, and stores remaining food in accordance with HACCP guidelines to maintain safety and sanitation standards, including cover, label, and date.
    • Maintains refrigerators (clean, stocked for meal service, and leftovers utilized to avoid waste).
    • Provides relief coverage in all areas of room service as needed.
    • Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.
    • Lifts a minimum of 30 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 75 lbs. and stands a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Note: The last bullet about physical demands is from Working Conditions; we included it.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
    • 1-3 years of hotel and/or restaurant cooking experience.
    • Observed good cooking techniques.
    • Team player.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

    Qualifications

    • AAS Culinary Degree (preferred).
    • Health facilities cooking experience or health care nutrition knowledge (preferred).
But we also have Licenses and Certifications Required: Food Safety and Sanitation Certification within 1 year of entering position. Where to put? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Since it's a required certification, maybe under Requirements. Let's add a bullet there. Thus Requirements list includes that. Alternatively we could create a separate section "Certifications" but not allowed headings. So we add to Requirements. Thus Requirements bullets: - High School diploma, GED, and/or GED equivalent programs. - 1-3 years of hotel and/or restaurant cooking experience. - Observed good cooking techniques. - Team player. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Food Safety and Sanitation Certification within 1 year of entering position. Now Skills: The posting includes "Excellent verbal and written English communication skills" which is a skill, but we already put under Requirements. Could also create Skills section for other skills like "good cooking techniques", "team player". But we already have those. Might be redundant. However we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine skills into Requirements and not have separate Skills section. But we have to include Skills heading only if there is real specific content for it. We could put skills like "good cooking techniques", "team player", "communication". But we already have them. Might be okay to have Skills section with those items, but then we would duplicate content. Better to not create Skills section if we already covered them elsewhere. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills section. Benefits: we have benefits description: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." Thus Benefits section. Pay: we have pay details: Minimum rate of $27.13 Hourly ... plus explanation about pay transparency etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the whole paragraph about pay. Let's extract that block: "Minimum rate of $27.13 Hourly HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package. The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. Posted hourly rates may be stated as an annual salary in the offer and posted annual salaries may be stated as an hourly rate in the offer, depending on the level and nature of the job duties and credentials of the candidate. The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may be different than the posted rate of pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to Labor Market Data Compensation is benchmarked against market data to ensure competitiveness. Experience Years of relevant work experience. Education and Certifications Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training. Skills Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies. Geographic Location Cost of living and market rates for the specific location. Internal Equity Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. Budget and Grant Funding Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts. In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." Wait that last sentence about benefits appears again; we already have Benefits section. But the pay paragraph includes a sentence about benefits at the end. That's duplicate of Benefits section. We should not duplicate content. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. The benefits sentence appears both in pay paragraph and later separate benefits paragraph. We should keep only one instance. Since we already have Benefits section, we can remove that sentence from the Pay paragraph. Thus Pay paragraph should be everything up to before that duplicated benefits sentence. Let's copy the pay paragraph up to "Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts." Then stop before "In addition to our compensation...". Thus Pay section content: "Minimum rate of $27.13 Hourly HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.
