Position Details

This individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye-appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or its equivalent.

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements

• All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer.
