Responsibilities
Provide quality meals according to menu plus prepare an alternate meal with lunch and dinner.
Puts away stock as it arrives rotating old to be used first
Prepare foods in a timely and efficient manner, following safety and sanitation policies and procedures
About the role
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Requirements
- Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent. Formal training in culinary or institutional food preparation desirable
- Experience requirement: Two years’ experience preferred
- Other requirements: Serve Safe Certification preferred. Clear verbal communication skills required. Ability to read, write understand, and follow directions. Ability to operate kitchen equipment. Has a working knowledge of therapeutic diets and kitchen sanitation procedures
