About the role
This individual is responsible for food production across all areas of the department. A knowledge of various cookery methods is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Produce a high-quality, visually appealing meal within a specified timeframe.
Qualifications
- No formal education required.
- A Food Handler license within 180 days is mandatory.
- Two or more years of food service experience are preferred.
- No certifications are required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Excellent integrity and initiative.
- Moral character and effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Basic math skills and time management.
- Great interpersonal skills.

- Oven
- Grill
- Slicer
- Mixer
- Blender
- Steamer
- Pushing/pulling/gripping equipment (up to 50 pounds and pinching up to 10 pounds)
Preferred Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A Serve Safe certification is preferred.
