Responsibilities
- Produces attractive and nutritious meals, following established recipes and production sheets
- Serves food in accordance with established diet guidelines and departmental policies
- Follows sanitation guidelines as set forth by departmental and hospital policies, as well as local and state health departments
- Uses and maintains foodservice equipment, observing safety standards outlined by departmental policies
- Follows quality management procedures and documents records accordingly
