About the role

Dough Zone Dumpling House is seeking Back of House positions including prep cook, line cook, and dishwashers. Applicants should have previous experience in related fields and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and work areas
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dishes and utensils
• Follow food safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail

Skills

• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a computer for timekeeping)
