About the role
Raising Cane’s is seeking Cooks to join our team. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all food served meets high standards
- Work in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals for customers
- Grow career through promotions to roles like Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer
- Work all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between
- Previous experience not required; paid training provided
- Earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend or descend stairs
- Reach and grasp objects (above head and below waistline)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work under pressure and at a fast pace
