What You'll Brew
- Follows recipes to timely fill food orders of consistent taste, quality, and presentation
- Prepares and sets up food for all stations according to par sheet specifications
- Provides feedback to kitchen management about the effectiveness of existing pars
- Supports kitchen management's attempts to control food costs by proper rotating, storing, labeling, and preparing of all food
- Maintains awareness of kitchen equipment, food levels, etc. and advises kitchen management of any potential for concern or outage
- Fosters positive working relationships and good communication both within the kitchen team as well as amongst other restaurant teams
What Ingredients You'll Bring
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of culinary/kitchen experience (high-volume establishment preferred), Working knowledge of executing recipes, Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly, Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces, Interface with computer systems with precision, Ability to handle kitchen and service equipment, Level:10
Pay
The pay rate for this role if hired is $17-$20 per hour. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
