Nutrition Services Overview
Responsible for preparing food items for patients, employees, visitors and others as assigned to enable the department to provide services as required. Completes associated clean-up activities to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years experience in institutional food service preferred
- One year of cooking experience necessary
- Restaurant line cooking experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Serve Safe Certified preferred
