Responsibilities
- Prepares and cooks meals for members and guests.
- Maintains established food quality standards and consistency of menu items.
- Sets up workstation, maintains cleanliness of work area, and monitors food temperatures.
- Adheres to state sanitation standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of related work experience.
- Must have excellent knife skills.
- Must have familiarity with duties in all areas of the kitchen and the ability to multi-task.
- Must have knowledge of culinary terminology and understanding of the fundamentals of cooking.
- Formal culinary education is preferred.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
