Responsibilities
- Prepare various hot and cold food items according to recipe.
- Operate under a cycle menu format, ensuring daily menu changes.
- Ensure consistent quality of meals offered to guests.
- Maintain assigned station, including guest service, student training, sanitation, and related service records.
- Essential staff position supporting food production/service operations during weather or emergency conditions.
Requirements

- Experience in a similar kitchen or food service position preferred
