Full-time, onsite cook position in Montgomery, Alabama for Trio-Community Meals, a division focused on serving vulnerable community members through senior living, hospital, and care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and portion control
• Prepare food according to recipes and standards
• Create visually appealing food presentation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Store food properly and follow safe food handling policies

Requirements

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking establishment
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using kitchen equipment and identifying food items
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Food handlers’ certification

Pay

$14.00 per hour
