Qualifications for Dietary Cook: Previous cooking experience requiredKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsFamiliarity with dietary restrictions and modified dietsReliable, organized, and able to work independently Responsibilities of Dietary Cook: Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirementsAssist with shift coverage for call-outs, vacations, or staffing needsEnsure meals meet state and federal guidelines for skilled nursing facilitiesFollow therapeutic and modified diets, including low-sodium, diabetic, and pureed dietsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environmentMonitor food temperatures, storage procedures, and sanitation practicesWork collaboratively with the dietary team to support smooth daily operations Why Join Us?
