Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory and procurement
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid food handler’s license
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment
- Experience with menu development and cost control
