About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food safety and compliance with regulations
  • Manage inventory and procurement
  • Train and manage kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a restaurant kitchen
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid food handler’s license

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment
  • Experience with menu development and cost control
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
