General Duties
- Prepares and cooks food as directed by the food service director
- Prepares and labels nourishments according to center procedures
- Serves and portions meals in an appealing manner
- Fulfills production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand English for business necessity
- Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety
- Prior experience in food service and preparation
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
