Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals and snacks designed for seniors with varying dietary needs
• Modify textures and ingredients to support safe dining and memory care best practices
• Keep kitchen and food prep areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulations
• Maintain food quality, temperature, and proper storage procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal service

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a cook, required
• Senior living experience, preferred
• High school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics, preferred
• Current Food Handler certificate, CPR and First Aide certificate, AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15 pounds at a time
• Must speak fluent English

Pay

$20/hour depending on experience

Full-time day shift schedule Sunday–Thursday
