Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Park City is seeking experienced cooks to join a skilled, professional culinary team. Cooks assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes meet the standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Prepare and present dishes in accordance with standard recipes and Chef‑established presentations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment compliant with local and federal health codes.
• Support other kitchen team members with preparation and set‑up as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a valid food handler permit.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
