We're hiring Full Time & Part Time Line Cooks to join our team. If you have a magnetic personality, contagious energy, and thrive in an environment where anything is possible, this is the place for you.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. We offer great culinary careers for line cooks with back-of-house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also seeking Heart of House (HOH) team members with back-of-house preparation, food prep, or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following Red Robin’s standards
• Perform cooking techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, and frying
• Handle meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
• Maintain uncompromising health and safety standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Back-of-house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook experience in a high-volume restaurant (for line cooks)
• Back-of-house preparation, food prep, or production experience (for HOH team members)
