About the Role

We are hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Kitchen Team Members, and Burger Makers. You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) with back-of-house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook experience in a high-volume restaurant. We're also looking for HOH (Heart of House) team members (Jefe / Jefa) with back-of-house preparation, food prep, or production experience.

Requirements

• 1 year of serving experience preferred, but open to great applicants with little or no restaurant experience.
• A strong team player.
• Good communicator.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• At least 21 years old with a valid TAPS card.

This role is open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED and is a good fit for someone just entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
