About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced line cook to join our busy restaurant team. You will prepare meals precisely to guest orders while consistently following our standard recipes. The role requires working a variety of stations and mastering techniques such as poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals accurately according to guest orders and standard recipes
• Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations
• Execute cooking techniques including poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Passion for food and strong time management skills
• Proven experience as a line cook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
