Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents and staff, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other culinary staff to plan and implement menu options
• Aid with menu planning, food presentation, and special dietary requests
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and service
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
