Responsibilities
- Prepares meals following dietary guidelines and preferences of residents
- Serves meals promptly and efficiently to residents
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking areas and equipment after each shift
- Adheres to food safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and meal preparation techniques
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
