Northrise Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Cook to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality culinary services to our patients, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals for patients, residents, and staff, including special dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with our nutrition team to develop and implement menus that meet patient and resident needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care

Requirements

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training or certification in food service management a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in culinary arts, nutrition, or related field preferred
