Qualifications
- Must have experience cooking in a long term care facility.
- Must have experience with preparing meals for mechanically altered diets.
- Must have desire to work with the geriatric population (65+ years old).
- Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
Work Schedule
- This cook position works either 6 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 7 pm.
Pay
Earns a competitive salary of $16/hour.
