Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Prepare food items needed for service
• Set up efficient flow of the cook line
• Assist with the sanitation of the kitchen, walk-in, and storage areas

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills
• Obtain and maintain a food handler’s card
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
