Responsibilities

• Provide residents with one of their favorite parts of the day
• Ensure residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect at Avantara Redfield by preparing and ensuring residents receive the appropriate food items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs
• Ensure the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures
• Follow recipes for preparing large volumes of food
• Ensure residents receive a pleasant and safe dining experience through your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail

Requirements

• As a minimum, a diploma/GED
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
