About the role
The Cook is a key player on our Food Services team. The cook is responsible for preparing and cooking great tasting meals. The cook follows a daily menu and confers with management team when menu changes are required. The cook also works with the Director of Food Services to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. The cook will also assist other Food Services team members with cleaning of the cafeteria, kitchen and dish room.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and cooks meals according to daily menus

- Maintains adequate inventory levels under the direction of the Director of Food Services
- Assists other Food Services team members with cleaning duties
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, take verbal instruction and perform basic arithmetic
