About the role
A Temporary Full-Time A.M. Line Cook III position is available at a Private Golf Club. The standard shift is Wednesday-Sunday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Flexibility is key, and the position requires learning the à la Carte Line Stations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Handle inventory and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cooking
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing menu needs
Skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
