About the role
This is an entry-level role where you will develop foundational skills in kitchen operations and food preparation while supporting the team in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes in a timely manner. Assists with daily food production, ensuring quality, portioning, and presentation standards are met. Supports maintaining appropriate staffing coverage and participates in ongoing departmental training.

- Builds skills in areas such as basic culinary techniques, time management, communication, organization, and use of kitchen systems or tools.
- Gains exposure to cost awareness and guest service standards.
- Works well with team members and follows direction from kitchen leadership.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication.
- Prior cook experience preferred.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to perform repetitious duties.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
