Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow Holiday recipes
• Ensure portion-control standards
• Oversee preparation and set-up of serving carts
• Follow food safe handling procedures
• Complete logs in a timely manner
• Focus on resident satisfaction and resolve food-compliant issues
• Follow Holiday sanitation standards
• Resolve other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking
• Effective communication in English and excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills preferred
