Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established standards of high quality.
• Develops and tests recipes as directed.
• Completes all documentation related to production.
• Handles and prepares food in a safe manner following HACCP standardized operating procedures.
• Fulfills employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission.
• Fulfills procedures to prevent food contamination.
• Collaborates with all internal customers in all service areas.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
• Takes responsibility for self and others in the work area.
• Demonstrates commitment to customers.

Requirements

• 1 year relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language.
• Basic math skills.
• Certified or willing to become certified for food safety.

Pay

The schedule is every Monday and Friday from 5:30am - 2:00 pm and every every other weekend from 5:30 am - 2:00 pm. 48 hours per pay period.

The expected schedule is Week One: Monday and Friday from 5:30 am - 2:00 pm Week Two: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 5:30am - 2:00pm.

Compensation

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
