We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated culinary professional to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class cuisine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in a wide range of cooking techniques and ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, consistency, and food safety — aligning with both DO & CO and airline client specifications.

With our three business segments — Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels — we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries, and 3 continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown, and grow constantly — sometimes beyond our own expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of cooking techniques, including prepping, roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, and grilling
  • Prepare meals according to quality standards for freshness, taste, appearance, and consistency
  • Follow standardized recipes to ensure portion control and product consistency
  • Notify the Chef or Sous Chef immediately of any shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns with ingredients or products
  • Monitor and assist with the timing and flow of food production to maintain an efficient kitchen operation
  • Support coordination between kitchen stations to prevent delays in the production process
  • Ensure full compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
  • Adhere strictly to procedures outlined in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) handbook
  • Report any food safety risks or violations to your manager and the hygiene/food safety team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times

Qualifications

  • Culinary Education required
  • Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience
  • Proactivity and self-organization
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload
  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to accurately monitor wastage
  • Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)

Pay

$28.16 hourly
