Job Summary

Craneville Place Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join their team. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, with a shift from 11:30am-8pm, located in Dalton, MA.

Requirements

• Proven experience as cook
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

Job Duties

• Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes
• Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control and safety standards
• Maintain high levels of sanitation during and at the completion of all food production assignments
• Supervise kitchen staff as directed by the Food Service Director
• Assists Dietary Aids when needed
