Compass Intervention Center is seeking a dynamic and talented Dietary Cook. Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional and attractive meals for patients
• Maintain an organized and sanitary environment
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State Laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and with JCAHO standards for the quality of patient care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prefer prior dietary experience in a facility, health care setting
• Prefer knowledge of equipment usage including: stoves, ovens, steamer, fryer, grill, electric mixer, dishwashing machines, microwave, food charts
