Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid food handler’s license.
Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
