About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Prepare meals according to recipes and ensure quality control

- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid food handler’s permit
