About the role

The role involves managing the daily operations of the kitchen, preparing meals according to recipes, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
  • Prepare meals according to recipes and ensure quality control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary setting
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Valid food handler’s permit

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools
