About the Role

Champions Club is expanding its presence in Texas and is seeking Cooks to join the Food & Beverage team. In this part‑time position (approximately 20‑30 hours per week) you will prepare and cook menu items, maintain kitchen organization, and ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures. Responsibilities

• Set up stations with all necessary supplies.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff and accommodate food allergen preferences.
• Follow proper cooking techniques for all dishes.
• Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, tracking inventory, and rotating stock.
• Practice correct food handling procedures according to company and state regulations.
• Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive and respectful approach with both customers and fellow employees.
• Report unsafe working conditions, operational needs, and equipment repairs to management.

Experience & Skills

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler’s Certification.
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal communication to address issues professionally.
• Adherence to all company policies and the code of conduct.
• Exemplary time and resource management, including good attendance.
• Ability to maintain top‑level performance during high‑stress situations.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time, approximately 20‑30 hours per week, with varied shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
