Responsibilities

• Batter chicken and seafood, prepare fries, and monitor holding times of all fried products; turn and pull product past holding time.
• Stock sandwich area, prepare, and package sandwiches.
• Bake and dress biscuits.
• Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders.
• Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Exhibit a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members.
• Maintain the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.
