Cooks' Primary Duties
- Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products.
- Turns and pulls product past holding time.
- Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
- Bake and dress biscuits.
- Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
- Assist in filling and packaging orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
