Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
• Collaborate with chefs and other staff to develop and implement new menu items
• Train and mentor new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Experience with budgeting and cost control

Qualifications

• Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Valid food handler’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
