You help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests safe and healthy.
You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn't mind to jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed.
You're happy that you're not stuck in a cubicle all day!
You are conscientious about adhering to all service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards.
While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that's inherent in a tight-knit F&B team.
You are happy to take advantage of our excellent training and are considering advancing in a hospitality or culinary career.
But whatever the future holds, for now, you enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly.
Qualifications
- Must meet eligibility requirements of Cook 1
- Ability to successfully set up and work multiple stations within outlet or area
- Display moderate food knowledge consisting of Cook 1 level plus sauce, soup, stock production, seasonings, cooking styles and techniques, plating presentation and components, grades of meats, produce, dairy products, etc. based on USDA standards
- Demonstrate the ability to multi task and show proper knife skills, basic food knowledge inclusive of specifications (size, shape, color, package size, weight, growing season, origin, seasonal availability) as defined by hiring management
