About the role

Responsible for achieving all standards for multiple culinary workstations, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all culinary standards for multiple workstations
• Ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and food preparation line
• Complete scheduled shifts according to Coushatta Casino Resort specifications and standards

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One to two years experience as a cook's apprentice in a large, full service hotel or restaurant preferred
