About the role
This individual will work with senior members of the team and across functions to address some of the most important strategic challenges facing the firm. This role offers an opportunity to provide input on the firm's strategy and operations in a collegial working environment, as well as considerable potential for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from different sources to develop recommendations, and then help drive the execution of these initiatives
- Face a variety of demanding business problems requiring research and analysis of complex issues
- Work on various projects like analyzing and proposing new office locations, helping to drive the firm's generative AI strategy, and shaping and helping execute the firm's five-year strategic goals, such as the recent sale of a minority stake in DESRI, our renewable investments arm
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any academic field
- Record of professional achievement
- At least one year of comparable experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take on challenging, high-impact projects
- Experience managing projects and processes across functions
- Keen attention to detail
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Critical thinkers who can successfully drive work forward will thrive in this role
Skills
- Coding and/or financial modeling skills are a plus but not required
Pay
- Expected annual base salary: $135,000 to $175,000 for applicants who have completed undergraduate or master's degrees
- Expected annual base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 for applicants who have completed JDs, MBAs, or PhDs
