Conveyor Belt Fabricator

Benefits: 401(k)Competitive salaryFree uniformsPaid time off Responsibilities Install and replace conveyor belts, rollers, pulleys, and related components.Perform belt splicing, tracking, tensioning, and alignment.Inspect conveyor systems and identify worn or damaged components.Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Read basic mechanical drawings and installation specifications.Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.Work at heights and in industrial environments when required.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Work effectively with supervisors, mechanics, electricians, and other crew members. Qualifications Previous conveyor belt installation or industrial mechanical experience preferred.Experience with belt splicing and conveyor maintenance is a plus.Ability to use hand and power tools.Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials.Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel.Valid driver's license preferred.Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team. Compensation: Starting wage negotiable based on experience. Experienced Belting Fabricator will be considered for additional compensation.Performance based wage increases.Benefits include: medical, 401k, profit sharing, paid vacation/holidays and bonus programs.
