Converting Utility - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting manufacturing areas and production.
• Conduct quality checks.
• Perform material set-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Operate various manufacturing equipment and follow specific directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work the 3rd Shift (10 pm – 6 am) with frequent overtime up to 4 hours daily.
• Strong attendance and safety records; availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Machine Operator experience in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years.
• Strong computer skills and ability to apply technology in the workplace.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

Qualifications

Machine Operator experience in a high‑volume manufacturing setting with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in the last 5 years.

Skills

Pay

The starting rate is $23.53 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. Overtime is frequently available up to 4 hours daily. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors such as your
